The common impurities mainly come from particles in the powder spraying environment and impurities caused by various other factors, which are summarized as follows.

1,Impurities inside the curing furnace

The solution is to thoroughly clean the inner wall of the curing furnace with a damp cloth and a vacuum cleaner, with a focus on the gaps between the suspension chains and air ducts. If it is a large black particle impurity, it is necessary to check whether there is any damage to the filter screen of the air supply duct, and replace it in a timely manner.

2,Impurities inside the powder spraying room

Mainly dust, clothing fibers, equipment abrasives, and dust accumulation in the powder spraying system. The solution is to use compressed air to blow the powder spraying system before starting work every day, and thoroughly clean the powder spraying equipment and room with a damp cloth and vacuum cleaner.

3,Suspension chain impurities

Mainly the products of pre-treatment acid and alkali vapor corrosion on the suspension chain oil blocking plate and the primary lifting tool water receiving tray (made of hot-dip galvanized plate). The solution is to regularly clean up these facilities

4,Powder impurities

Mainly due to excessive powder additives, uneven dispersion of pigments, and powder particles caused by compression. The solution is to improve powder quality and improve powder storage and transportation methods.

5,Impurities in pre-treatment

Mainly the large particle impurities caused by phosphating slag and the small impurities caused by yellow rust on the phosphating film. The solution is to promptly clean the accumulated slag in the phosphating tank and spray pipeline, and control the concentration and proportion of the phosphating tank solution.

6,Impurities in water quality

Mainly due to impurities caused by excessive sand and salt content in the water used for pretreatment. The solution is to add a water filter and use pure water as the final two stages of cleaning water
